Shipping, Returns & Pre-Orders
Our regular processing time is 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed between Sept 27 - Oct 5 will processed on October 7th.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
- United States: Standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days, unless the package is heading to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Once the package leaves the warehouse we're unable to handle lost mail as we can only see the tracking that USPS provides. Please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please follow the tracking information to ensure your package is received. We do not refund or send new replacements for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by USPS - that has to be done through a USPS claim system.
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If the order has been shipped with free, economy or standard shipping with USPS we will deduct $5 shipping fees from your order if it's marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Please note that once the order ships we're unable to change the address.
Returns And Exchanges
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. We offer domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn).
Defects can happen sometimes. If an item is defective please let us know within 7 days - returns or exchanges of defective items are free.
However, we'll be unable to process a refund if a defective item has been used for a photoshoot or has been worn or washed..
If you would like to exchange your order let us know as soon as possible to make sure the desired size and item is in stock.

In order to minimize the environmental impact of shipping and repacking we kindly ask you to read the desired product description and FAQ before you place an order. If you still have any questions after don’t hesitate to contact us.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
By placing a pre-order you understand that the item will ship according to the given TAT.
These dates are approximate, not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site and Facebook Insiders group with any changes.
Pre-orders require normal payment and shipping address. If the order hasn't shipped yet you're welcome to email us and change the address.
By placing a preorder you understand that you cannot modify the design. However, unlike many competitors we allow a size change as we understand that kids can have a sudden growth spur - please email us as soon as possible if you want to change the size.
Once you receive your order you're eligible for a size exchange, but not a return - unless naturally, there's a defect. Defects, regardless of whether it's a regular drop or pre-order, are always eligible for ship shipping back and refund, store credit, exchange - depending on customer's preference.
While we want to deliver everything on time, unexpected delays can happen due to lockdowns, natural disasters or accidents. Global shipping has been particularly delayed in 2021.
Preorders cannot be cancelled unless they are 30 business days out of specified turn around time (excluding national holidays).
Import Taxes & Duties
We're happy to ship internationally, but keep in mind that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. The Laughing Bub is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.
For international customers, while it can wary duties are usually as follow:
